| I had a set of leader gears come in a long time ago and they had a fairly large chip on them so I returned them and was given a replacement set immediatley. I believe he even covered my shipping as well. Very great guy to do business with. Anyways, I had those installed in a spare differential I had and eventually sold it in the differential b/c I was not going to get around to installing them for a while anyways, and the profit was good. I then obviously picked up another set which I have not gotten around to installing in another spare diff yet. Anyways, I took the gears out tonight (getting them ready for installation) and noticed that on one of teeth there is a VERY tiny chip. This is way smaller than the one on the set I returned but still a chip. I was just curious if this is something that I need to be concerned about or not? I am a perferctionist, but if something like adifferential gear will work just fine with this tiny chip and never give me issues then I do not see a point in making a big deal out of this. Thanks in advance! The flash kept covering up the chip so I highlighted it here. We all know how terrible my picture skills are haha.
 Also, for the few that know about it, I have started another car project and these gauges just came in the mail for it. One of only 6 sets made in mph in the world :) They also came with some yellow needles I have to mount as well. Needless to say I am very excited and can't wait to get to installing them. When they are installed, they will look like the below picture. Can't wait.
